Cancellation policy

At SkinGallery, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to allow us time to offer your spot to clients on our waiting list. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling or cancellations can be done via your booking confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.

If you are more than 15 min late we may have to cancell your appointment and the full cost of missed treatment will still apply as we won’t be able to deliver the quality experience you deserve.
